Michael Milano Photography Ltd provides professional portrait and wedding photography services. This includes, but is not limited to, engagement photos, family portraits, and wedding photography. We strive to provide a personalized and autism-friendly experience for all of our clients.

Payment
Payment for services must be made in full prior to the photography session. We accept payment via credit card. A deposit may be required to secure a booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session will forfeit their deposit.

Ownership and Usage Rights
The photographs taken by Michael Milano Photography Ltd are the exclusive property of the photographer. The client is granted the right to use the photographs for personal use, including printing and sharing on social media. The client must seek permission from Michael Milano Photography Ltd to use the photographs for commercial or public use.

Liability
Michael Milano Photography Ltd will not be held liable for any damage or loss that may occur to photographs after delivery to the client. The client assumes responsibility for the preservation and proper handling of the photographs.

Changes to the Terms of Service
Michael Milano Photography Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service at any time without notice.
